Right — have been messing about with this thing for maybe five months now and it's basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I'd write something up since a mate asked me the other day. Am based in the UK, mostly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I'm coming from.
What got me on it was actually embarrassing — I couldn't ever work out what an ew return would be with 1/5 odds a place. I'd just wing it and get a shock. Now stick my stake in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.
Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I'm on daily — you drop in stake and odds and you get returns instantly, either odds format. There's also the bigger stuff — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, which is where most people I know got it wrong. If you fancy a poke about, it's here [url=
https://single-calculator.com/bet-calcu ... ing-margin]margin calculator pinnacle[/url] and there's no login wall, which I appreciated.
What actually changed how I bet is the geekier tools. There's an implied probability converter that shows how much the bookie's taking, and a kelly criterion calculator — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator gets used a fair bit if I'm spreading across selections.
Couple of gripes. Its interface feels pretty plain — zero frills, it's clearly function over form. On mobile it's fine though the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There's nothing on the app store, it's a website and that's it — slight shame but you asked.
Right, that's me. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If you even now adds it up in their head, give it a go — saves me plenty of "wait, that's it?" moments.
